READ CAREFULLY!!!!!! My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. The dirty floors and grimy bathroom were absolutely unacceptable. The worst part, however, was the abysmal service. The hotel staff claimed that we could get a refund without any issues, but when we tried to reach them to process the refund, they blatantly rejected our calls and ignored our attempts to seek assistance. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the overall state of the hotel and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. It is simply unacceptable to promise a refund and then evade responsibility when it comes to honoring that commitment. I strongly advise against staying at at this “hotel” to anyone considering it. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disappointment and look for a different place to stay. My experience at this hotel has left a lasting negative impression, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such a dreadful experience. I would PAY DOUBLE TO NOT stay here.

After we reviewed the hotel in good heart in hopes to warn future guests of the reality of the hotels condition, my girlfriend Frida (see review below) they responded this review with accusations and lies. Although this experience was not misfortunate enough, Mr Deniz called us multiple times demanding we delete this review, and ONLY then would they be willing to refund our stay. They threatened us that they would take this to court, this has clearly also shown us the reality of this “family owned business” that we were unfortunate to come across. We booked through a third party, who has been kindly helping us in trying to get in touch with the hotel as well, with no success (Agoda). We are standing firmly by our review regardless of the threats imposed on us, and regardless of the financial loss, as we believe this should be a warning to all - not only is the presentation of the hotel in poor condition, but sadly, so is the hospitality management and owners. It has been an upsetting and regrettable experience in all aspects. Let this be a lesson to all.

It is one of the best hotel in Karsiyaka. Close to all transportation. It is in the centrum. About inside very clean room and bathroom. All equipments you may need inside of the room. Everything works well and new. Very helpful staff. You can stay like your own home. Thanks to manager Mr.Cem.

Because of the poor quality of the room I don't ever plan to return here..too bad I paid for two nights ..if I hadn't I would leave and find somewhere with better quality... lesson learned...pay less get less especially in regards to hotels

Red Green Hotel has the perfect location. The staff were helpful and friendly..The room was a decent size and it was cleaned and freshened daily. The breakfast was great and plenty to keep you going all day. For the price you pay to stay here i think its unbeatable..I would recommend this Hotel to anyone..

My experience at the Red Green Hotel was excellent in all areas. Including the people at the registration desk, the morning breakfast, the housekeeping. All around everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful, especially Memet Ali, who helped me immensely when I had mobile phone and computer problems. As a first time visitor to Izmir, I must say that the entire experience was superb thanks to the very professional staff at Red Green Hotel. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my many friends who might be visiting Izmir in the near future.

It was such a wonderful hotel in terms of location, price / quality ratio and how clean it was. Miss Rumeysa at the reception was super nice and helpful. I'd definitely come back!
